Building in public without performing

The internet rewards a polished story: the clean launch, the inevitable insight, the graph that only moves up. Real work is messier. Most days are spent changing your mind, deleting almost-right ideas, and learning which constraint actually matters.

I want this space to keep a more useful record. Not a live feed of every keystroke, but a trail of decisions: what I tried, what resisted, and what became clearer after making something tangible.

The interesting part of a project is often the seam between intention and implementation. That is where taste meets time, where an ambitious interaction meets a small screen, and where a neat architecture meets an inconvenient API.

Writing from that seam makes the work legible without turning it into a performance. The goal is not to appear certain. It is to leave behind enough signal that the next decision can be better than the last.
